The project began with a total demolition of the existing fixtures—including a bulky drop-in Jacuzzi tub and old tiled walls—clearing the space down to the studs and subfloor. We performed a full layout change to convert the tub area into a spacious, custom-sized walk-in shower. This involved precision plumbing relocations for a new 48-inch centered vanity and the installation of all-new shut-off and control valves, ensuring this Bel Air bathroom remodel was built for long-term performance from the inside out.
Technical Excellence & Design The highlight of this renovation is the custom tile work and professional-grade waterproofing. We installed a hand-poured custom concrete shower base and utilized a multi-stage waterproofing system with RedGuard and hydrophobic membranes for a lifetime of leak-free use. The design features floor-to-ceiling tile, a built-in recessed niche, and a modern frameless sliding glass door. To complete the transformation, we installed a new toilet, updated the electrical for a centered wall mirror and light fixture, and provided a fresh two-coat paint finish across the walls, ceiling, and even the linen closet.
