Fulton Basement Upgrade: Custom Built-ins, Fireplace, and Social Bar

A Trusted Return: Phase 2 of the Fulton Basement Project
After A-1 Renovations completed the full basement finishing for this Fulton home last year, the owners brought us back to add high-end custom features. Our team returned to design and build a 12-foot custom media wall, complete with a modern electric fireplace and built-in shelving. This phase required precise structural framing and new electrical rough-ins for the dedicated fireplace outlet and hidden TV wiring. By handling the drywall, custom cabinetry, and matching moldings ourselves, we ensured these new additions perfectly integrated with the quality of the original basement finish we delivered a year ago.

Custom Carpentry and Functional Bar Design
To complete the entertainment hub, we framed a new 12-foot sitting bar featuring a hand-stained butcher block top. This wasn't just a surface installation; we managed the full build, including running three new electrical receptacles for guest convenience and finishing the wall with professional-grade drywall skimming and paint. From the custom-stained wood to the precision-cut baseboards and crown moldings, every detail was executed to provide a seamless, durable finish.
